After a cooperative and thorough investigation into potential rule violations, the NCAA enforcement staff delivered its notice of allegations to the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Before the enforcement staff issues a notice of allegations, the investigative team, enforcement leadership, as well as staff who were not a part of the investigative team, evaluate the information developed during the inquiry.
