Eric Roedl

Eric Roedl has resigned his position as Temple’s deputy athletic director effective January 23 to become the executive senior associate athletic director at Oregon. Roedl began working with the Owls in 2003 as an associate athletic director/finance and administration.

Other transactions

Athletics directors – Assumption director of athletics Ted Paulauskas announced his retirement, effective at the end of the 2011-12 academic year. Paulauskas, a 1967 Assumption alum, originally assumed the role in 2003.

Assistant athletics directors – Ohio State appointed Mickey Marotti as assistant athletic director for football sport performance. Marotti also worked with new Ohio State head football coach Urban Meyer at Florida.

Coaches

Football – Arizona State chose Todd Graham to lead its football program as head coach. Graham was the head coach at Pittsburgh last season and has also led Rice and Tulsa … Fordham named Joe Moorhead head football coach. Moorhead, a former Rams quarterback, was most recently offensive coordinator and quarterback coach at Connecticut … Liberty hired Turner Gill as its new head football coach. Gill most recently spent two seasons as the head coach at Kansas … Quincy tabbed Tom Pajic as its new head football coach. Pajic comes from Bloomsburg, where he was the offensive coordinator for the past eight seasons.

Staff

Athletic trainers – New York University named Joseph Mosher athletic trainer. Mosher spent the last three years as an assistant athletic trainer at Bridgewater State.
