Attendees are encouraged to register early for the NCAA Equity and Inclusion Forum, which will be conducted April 29-May 1, 2012, in New Orleans.

In addition to the traditional Title IX and women in sports topics, this year’s forum will include presentations and best practices around issues of race and ethnicity, LGBT and disabilities.

Coinciding with Jazz Fest, the event – formerly known as the Gender Equity and Issues Forum – will bring together affiliate organizations, partners and legal advisors, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and network with campus and conference leadership.

Agenda topics include:

Cost for NCAA member institutions and conference staff members is $350, which includes three nights in a hotel. Two night stays and day passes are also available. Students at NCAA member schools receive free day-pass admissions.

The fee for federal government employees, high school employees, U.S. Olympic Committee and national governing bodies is $400. The cost for the general public is $500.
