    Rosemont hired Aaron Tritch as head coach of its new women's soccer program, which is set to begin competition in 2011. Tritch was most recently an assistant coach for the men's soccer program and assistant to the athletics director at Eastern.

    Coaches

    Baseball – Austin named James Rise as head coach after his two seasons as an assistant coach at Occidental.

    Men's basketball assistants – Terrance Johnson joined the Samford staff as an assistant coach. Johnson previously coached at the high school level … Western Carolina promoted Eric Wilson to assistant coach. Wilson served as the program's director of basketball operations last season.

    Men's and women's lacrosse – Tim Weir was elevated to interim head coach of the men's lacrosse program at Manhattanville. Weir has served as an assistant coach with the program the past five seasons. He replaces Todd Hodgson, who resigned in September.
