Kyle Fleischmann joined the Thomas athletics department as head coach of the men's lacrosse program and assistant athletics director/sports information director. Fleischmann was an assistant men's lacrosse coach at his alma mater Shenandoah, the past three seasons.

Other transactions

Director of athletics – Lamar appointed Larry Tidwell, who served as interim director of athletics since June, to the position permanently. Tidwell is also the head coach of the women's basketball program.

Assistant director of athletics – Alicia Greco was promoted to assistant director of athletics for operations at Delaware. She previously served as a graduate assistant in operations.

Coaches

Women's basketball – IUPUI selected Austin Parkinson as head coach after two years as an assistant coach with the men's basketball program.

Women's softball assistants – Melissa Dikdan was hired as an assistant coach after her five years of coaching at the junior college level.

Staff

Marketing – Delaware named Liz Hays assistant athletics marketing director. Hays was the director of women's basketball operations at the school the past two seasons.
