    Ramapo announced that Eugene Marshall Jr. will serve as acting director of athletics for the 2010-11 academic year. Marshall most recently was the deputy director of athletics at Army, a position he acquired after serving a seven-year stint at Ramapo as director of athletics from 1998 to 2005.

    Coaches

    Baseball – Central Arkansas baseball coach Doug Clark resigned … Washington-St. Louis baseball coach Ric Lessmann announced his retirement.

    Men's basketball assistants – Adam DeMong was promoted to assistant coach at Loyola (Illinois).

    Men's and women's soccer – Charlotte men's soccer coach Jeremy Gunn signed an extension through the 2012-13 season.

    Men's and women's swimming and diving – New Orleans announced that head swimming and diving coach Randy Horner will leave the program to take a similar position at Florida International, starting in July. New Orleans named James Winchester interim men's and women's swimming and diving coach.

    Men's and women's tennis – Ball State hired Christine Bader as women's tennis coach.
