Eastern Washington extended head men's basketball coach Kirk Earlywine's contract. Earlywine has spent three seasons with the Eagles. A graduate of Campbell, Earlywine also has coached at Ball State, Utah, Central Michigan, Pfeiffer, Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Weber State.

Men's basketball – Oregon State head coach Craig Robinson agreed to a two-year contract extension through 2015-16 … Wagner fired Mike Deane after seven seasons with the Seahawks.

Football assistants – Myron "Mo" Moriarity will coach the offensive line at Indiana. He replaces Bobby Johnson, who left the Hoosiers to join the Buffalo Bills … Richmond hired Bob Trott and Roy Coleman. Trott will serve as defensive coordinator and Coleman will be the Spiders' director of football operations.
