    Robin Pflugrad is the new head football coach at Montana. He replaces Bobby Hauck, who left Montana after going 80-17 in seven seasons to take the head job at UNLV. Pflugrad was on the Montana staff this past year, serving as the wide receivers coach and assisting with the offense. He has been a coach for 30 seasons overall, 29 of those at the college level, including at Oregon, Washington State, and Arizona State.

    Coaches

    Football – Colgate extended the contract of football coach Dick Biddle through June 2013.

    Football assistants – Youngstown State added former high school coach Ron Stoops Jr. as secondary coach and director of the newly created high school relations program. He is the oldest brother of Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops, Arizona head coach Mike Stoops and Florida State defensive coordinator Mark Stoops.
