Loyola (Maryland) named Jim Paquette assistant vice president and director of athletics. His appointment takes effect on April 1. Paquette joins Loyola from Boston College, where he has served as associate athletics director for development since 2002.

Directors of athletics – Trinity (Connecticut) hired Michael Renwick as director of athletics.
Coaches
Men's and women's lacrosse assistants – Jamie Dardine was named assistant coach of Delaware women's lacrosse team.
Men's and women's tennis – Andrew Gannon was hired as coach of the men's and women's tennis programs at Thiel.
Men's and women's track and field assistants – Wheaton (Massachusetts) named Ed Delgado men's and women's track and field assistant.
Deaths
Don Hanrahan, a member of the Loyola (Illinois) athletics hall of fame and a basketball player in the 1950s, died February 8 after a bout with cancer. The Chicago native was also a member of the Loyola 1950s all-decade team.
