    UCLA hired Mike Sealy as coach of the Bruins women's volleyball program. Sealy returns to his alma mater after spending the last four seasons as an associate head coach at Hawaii. He was a three-time All-American and an assistant coach for four years with the UCLA men's volleyball team. He was an assistant with the Bruins women's volleyball program in 2005.

    Other transactions

    Associate athletics directors – Florida Gulf Coast promoted Stanley ‘Butch' Perchan to senior associate athletics director for external affairs.

    Coaches

    Field hockey – Kenyon hired Chrissy Needham as field hockey coach.

    Men's and women's tennis – Portland State announced that men's and women's tennis coach Brian Parrott is stepping down from both positions.

    Staff

    Athletics associations – Northern Arizona announced that Kelly Kasprzyk has joined the athletics department administrative staff to handle the daily operations of the Lumberjack Athletic Association.

    Facility operators – RPI hired Scott Sasenbury as facilities operations manager for the athletics department.
