    Rivier named Kathryn Gaudreau head coach of the field hockey and women's lacrosse programs. Gaudreau spent the last three seasons as head field hockey coach and assistant/interim head lacrosse coach at her alma mater Saint Anselm. Gaudreau was a field hockey student-athlete for four seasons and is still the program's all-time leading scorer.

    Other transactions

    Athletics directorsDerek Horne was hired as director of athletics at Florida A&M. Horne, a graduate of the NCAA Fellows Leadership Development Program, was previously a senior associate AD at Mississippi … Darryl Sims was promoted from assistant director of athletics to the AD at Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Sims is a graduate of the NCAA Fellows Leadership Development Program.

    Coaches

    Baseball – D'Youville selected Leo Dandes as head coach after he served as an assistant coach at Medaille the past two seasons.

    Men's basketball assistants – Tobe Carberry and Marcus Wellman were named assistant coaches at New Haven. Carberry was the top assistant with the men's basketball program at Southern Connecticut State. Wellman is recent graduate of Franklin Pierce where he was a basketball student-athlete for four years … Towson named former DePaul student-athlete Rashon Bruno assistant coach. Bruno most recently coached at the high school level.

    Women's basketball -- Danielle Bishop was appointed interim head coach at Cal Poly Pomona. Bishop most recently coached the women's basketball program at NAIA institution California Baptist.

    Women's basketball assistants – New Haven hired Lauren Moore as an assistant coach. Moore was an assistant coach the past two seasons at New Hampshire.

    Men's and women's golf – Mike Whitson resigned as head coach of the women's golf program at Indiana State after four seasons to lead the women's golf program at his alma mater Eastern Kentucky.

    Conferences

    The Atlantic Sun Conference named Patrick McCoy to the newly created position director of sports information. McCoy was previously a member of the sports information staff at Charlotte.
