A set of presentation templates is now available on the Division II page of NCAA.org to help interested audiences learn more about Division II athletics.

Jill Willson, a former Division II Management Council chair and now a consultant for the division, assembled the templates to help administrators demonstrate what makes Division II unique and appealing. The templates were presented to the membership at the January Convention, at which time they received a good reception. They became available for download earlier this month.

The presentations are designed for audiences such as athletics administrators, parents, campus leaders, prospective student-athletes, community leaders, boards of trustees, student-athletes, faculty members, and chancellors and presidents. Supplemental material also is available on topics such as the Division II strategic position, the division's core attributes, graduation rates, community engagement and game environment, among other things.

Each presentation is customizable, with users able to add, remove or insert slides as they see fit.

The templates also will be part of the new Division II strategic communication toolkit, which was debuted earlier this month at the CoSIDA convention. The toolkit was provided to sports information directors on a portable jump drive and will be available soon on the Division II home page of NCAA.org.
