Michigan dominated the 2010 National Collegiate Men's Gymnastics Championships over the weekend, with the team taking the overall title and gymnast Chris Cameron the individual all-around crown.

The championship was affected by a set of still rings that cracked during Illinois gymnast Tyler Williamson's routine in the third session. The rings were replaced, but the new equipment wasn't quite right, either, and several gymnasts fell during their routines. Officials allowed those affected by the equipment to get another shot, and six gymnasts returned to the rings at the end of the night. The re-do routines had little impact on the outcome, however.

"This is my 22nd NCAA, and this has to be the strangest one ever," said Oklahoma coach Mark Williams.

Michigan tallied a score of 360.500, followed by Stanford with 359.800. Oklahoma finished third, earning 357.050 points. [More]
