Warren Lipka was hired as the women’s soccer coach at Morehead State. Lipka formerly coached at Kentucky, where he started the women’s soccer program in 1992. He led the Wildcats to seven NCAA tournament appearances.

Other transactions

Associate athletics directors – Pennsylvania State named Rick Kaluza as associate athletics director for finance.

Assistant athletics directors -- Margie Williamson resigned as assistant athletics director for marketing/operations at Texas Woman’s.

Coaches

Baseball – Arcadia named Brian Pugh baseball coach.

Men’s and women’s soccer - Rob Nydick was named men’s soccer coach at Arcadia. … Jane Hoops has resigned as head women’s soccer coach at Nebraska Wesleyan.

Men’s and women’s lacrosse assistants – Randolph-Macon hired former Division II all-American Ashley Gilroy as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach. Gilroy helped C.W. Post advance to four straight NCAA national semifinal games and was named to the all-tournament team in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
