Olivet men’s golf Coach Gary Morrison has announced his decision to retire, effective July 1, 2010. Kevin Allard will take over head coaching duties. A fixture at Olivet for more than 40 years, Morrison spent the last 35 years as men’s golf coach. During his tenure, the Comets won 17 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association championships and competed at eight NCAA championships.

Men’s soccer – Mike Schaeffer announced his retirement coaching the men’s soccer team at North Carolina-Pembroke. His retirement will take effect May 31, 2010.

Men’s track and field – Wayne Angel resigned after six full seasons as head coach of the Illinois men’s track and field program. The resignation is effective immediately.
