Division III’s longest streak of conference victories in women’s basketball ended Tuesday night – with a win.

Maryville (Missouri), which is reclassifying to Division II, extended its streak of consecutive St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victories to 92 with its victory at Blackburn. It was the Saints’ final regular-season conference game as a Division III member.

The Saints clinched their sixth straight SLIAC regular-season title with a 16-0 league mark and have a 20-5 overall mark entering the league’s postseason tournament.
