The NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Committee has selected Minneapolis as the site for the 2010 Division III Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships. Beloit  and Wooster will host the national meet March 17-20 at the University Aquatic Center.

The 2010 championships will mark the third time Minneapolis has hosted the Division III finals. The city previously welcomed the event in 2006 and 2009.

“The University Aquatic Center is a first-class facility with an outstanding staff,” said Tom Till, chair of the Division III Swimming and Diving Committee and aquatics director and head swim coach at Goucher. “The student-athletes have had great championship experiences here in the past, and we expect another outstanding event in 2010.”
