Pattison Sports Group will serve as the exclusive sponsorship rights holder for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference for the next four years, the conference announced recently. The partnership officially began June 1.

The company will market corporate-sponsorship opportunities, including television, courtside signage, the MAAC Campus Tour, the MAAC Minute on ESPN Radio and the conference basketball tournaments. PSG will provide sales representation for MAACSports.com.

“The MAAC is an outstanding group of institutions that have athletes and athletic programs committed to excellence on the court of play and in the classroom,” said PSG President Jeff Long.

MAAC Commissioner Richard Ensor said the conference looks forward to its partnership with Long and PSG.

 “As the MAAC explored its options from a number of firms,” Ensor said, “it recognized that PSG had a unique background in the sports marketing industry combing a proven sales team with an understanding of the college conference business environment.”
