The Atlantic 10 Conference will move its office from Philadelphia to Newport News, Virginia, this fall.

The conference office will reside in the City Center at Oyster Point, a 700-acre complex that includes restaurants, retail shops, condominiums and apartments, a hotel, and a park area..

“Moving the office to a new region of the Atlantic 10 footprint is an opportunity to further brand the A-10,” said Commissioner Bernadette McGlade. “Newport News is a vibrant, growing city and Hampton Roads serves as an educational, business, cultural, and leisure hub of the Mid-Atlantic region.”

The conference moved its headquarters to Philadelphia from Cranbury, New Jersey, in 1995. The league has also been based in Pittsburgh and Morgantown, West Virginia.
