Patriot League partners with Sirius

Sirius Satellite Radio will broadcast select Patriot League men's basketball games for the 2007-08 season beginning with the Holy Cross-Lafayette contest on January 12.

In addition to regular-season coverage, all games of the 2008 Patriot League Men's Basketball Championship will be aired. A full schedule of games in February will be announced later.

"The Patriot League is pleased to be associated with SIRIUS Satellite Radio. The addition of the Patriot League to SIRIUS' outstanding sports lineup will serve to further expand the visibility of the league and its member institutions," said Patriot League Executive Director Carolyn Schlie Femovich. "The Patriot League has student-athletes from across the country, and partnering with SIRIUS provides us with a wonderful vehicle to make Patriot League basketball available to our growing national audience."

Games to be broadcast in January are:

Saturday, Jan. 12 Holy Cross at Lafayette 1 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 18 Bucknell at Holy Cross 9 p.m. (ESPNU)

Saturday, Jan. 26 Colgate at Bucknell 7 p.m.
