Cal State Bakersfield wrestling coach T.J. Kerr achieved his 400th career win with a 37-12 victory over Portland State on January 19. He is just the fifth active NCAA wrestling coach to achieve the milestone.

"Being in the middle of the year right now, I will probably look back after my career is over and appreciate it more," said Kerr. "Right now, we're focusing on this team and this season."

Now in his 36th year of coaching, Kerr's all-time record stands at 402-199-7 after wins over UC Davis and San Francisco State and a loss to Stanford in the last week. The Roadrunners are now 7-2 on the season.
