Newly announced vacancies
The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is March 16, 2007.
Men’s and Women’s Fencing Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator from the West region who represents men’s interests. The appointee may be from any division or subdivision.
Division II
Division II individuals may be self-nomination or nominated by peers. A Division II nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process available at: http://web1.ncaa.org/committees/selection.jsp. Divisional access code and password are available upon request.
Additional nominations solicited
The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is February 23, 2007.
Division II Nominating Committee: Two September 2007 vacancies. Preference will be given to individuals with extensive Division II knowledge and experience. Individuals from the Northeast region are encouraged to submit nomination materials.
Division II Baseball Committee: Two September 2007 vacancies. One appointee must be from the South region and one from the Central region. Appointees may be coaches or administrators.
Eligible conferences: Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association, North Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, South Atlantic Conference, Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Sunshine State Conference.
Division II Men’s Basketball Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be from the West region and may be a coach or an administrator. Preference will be given to nominees with prior regional advisory committee experience.
Eligible conferences: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Great Northwest Athletic Conference.
Division II Women’s Basketball Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator from the Great Lakes region. Preference will be given to nominees with prior regional advisory committee experience.
Eligible conferences: Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Great Lakes Valley Conference.
Division II Men’s Lacrosse Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator from the Central region.
Eligible institutions: Adelphi University, C.W. Post Campus/Long Island University, Dominican College (New York), Dowling College, Mercyhurst College, Molloy College.
Division II Women’s Lacrosse Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be from the South region and may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible institutions: Belmont Abbey College, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, Gannon University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, Mercyhurst College, Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Pfeiffer University, Queens University of Charlotte, Regis University (Colorado), Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, St. Andrews Presbyterian College, West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

South region institutions: Barry University, Florida Institute of Technology, Nova Southeastern University, Rollins College, University of Tampa.
Division II Softball Committee: Two September 2007 vacancies. One appointee must be from the North Central region and one from the Mid-Atlantic region. Appointees may be coaches or administrators.
Eligible conferences: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association, North Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.
Division II Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Committee: Two September 2007 vacancies. One appointee must have diving expertise and one appointee must represent women’s swimming interests. The appointees may be coaches or administrators.
Division II Men’s and Women’s Tennis Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be from the South region and may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible conferences: Gulf South Conference, Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
Division II Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Committee: One September 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be a male who represents women’s track and field or cross country interests from the Great Lakes region. The appointee may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible conferences: Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Great Lakes Valley Conference.
