Staff: Stephanie Quigg has been promoted to the position of associate director of membership services and will serve as the membership services liaison to Division II. She will replace Rich McGlynn, who left the staff for a position at Auburn University. Quigg has been with the national office since July 2003. In her role as assistant director of membership services, she has worked (among other things) with the Division II governance staff, assisted in the coordination of various Division II initiatives and publications, assisted with administration of the Division II segment of the NCAA Convention and as a liaison to the Division II Legislative Review Subcommittee, the Division II Academic Requirements Committee and the Division I Progress-Toward-Degree Waivers Committee. Before joining the national office staff, she was department attorney for Bricker & Eckler LLP of Columbus, Ohio. She also clerked for a federal district court in Louisiana and for the Wagner & Bagot firm of New Orleans. She is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a J.D. from the Loyola University School of Law.

Milestones: The Millersville University of Pennsylvania baseball team won the 1,000th game in program history April 23 with a 6-5 victory over Bloomsburg University. Five days later, coach Kathy Cummings notched her 200th career win by defeating Kutztown University ... Shepherd University baseball coach Wayne Riser became the winningest coach in school history May 6 when his team defeated Fairmont State University. He surpassed Bob Starkey, who coached men’s basketball from 1968-88.
