Following are legislative drafts of interpretations issued by the Interpretations Subcommittee of the Legislation Committee and approved by the Management Council. These were recommended by the Legislation Committee for incorporation into the Division II Manual. The recommendations have been approved by the Management Council and President Council. The page numbers in the proposals refer to the 2004-05 NCAA Division II Manual.

Bylaws: Amend 14.5.4.1.1-, page 128 , as follows:

[Division II]

"14.5.4.1.1 Application. If a two-year college transfer has never attended a four-year college as a fulltime student, then the full-time semester(s)/quarter(s), the transferable-degree credit(s) (including part-time hours) and academic degree(s) from any two-year college(s) attended may be considered. If the two-year college transfer has previously attended a four-year college as a full-time student during his or her academic career, then only the full-time semester(s)/quarter(s), transferable-degree credit(s) (including part-time hours) and academic degree(s) earned at the two-year college(s) attended after the last full-time enrollment at a four-year college shall be considered."
