Nomination forms, updated committee rosters and vacancy information may be found online at www.ncaa.org under "Administration and Governance."
Division II individuals may be self-nominated or nominated by peers. A Division II nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process available at: web1.ncaa.org/committees/selection.jsp. Division access code and password are available upon request.
Newly announced vacancies
The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is July 23, 2004.
Division II Baseball Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Robert Peterson of South Dakota State University, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the Central region and may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible conferences: Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association, North Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
Division II Men's Soccer Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Brian Crookham, formerly of Metropolitan State College of Denver. The appointee must be an administrator from the Midwest region.
Eligible conferences: Heartland Conference, Lone Star Conference, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is July 6, 2004.
Division II Women's Basketball Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be from the North Central region and may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible conferences: North Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
Division II Men's and Women's Tennis Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be from the West region and may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible conferences: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Pacific West Conference.
Eligible independent institutions: University of California, San Diego; Sonoma State University.
