Association-wide

Additional nominations solicited

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is August 6, 2004.

Men's and Women's Fencing Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator from the West region who represents men's interests. The appointee may be from any division or subdivision.

Eligible West region institutions: Division I -- California State University, Fullerton; Stanford University; U.S. Air Force Academy. Division II -- University of California, San Diego. Division III -- California Institute of Technology.

Division I

Division I candidates must be nominated by their institution's multisport conference. The Division I nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process by the conference office.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is August 6, 2004.

Women's Gymnastics Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Judy Southard of Louisiana State University, who has been appointed to the Division I Women's Basketball Committee. The appointee must be from the Central region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible Central region institutions: University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa; Auburn University; Ball State University; Bowling Green State University; Centenary College (Louisiana); Central Michigan University; Eastern Michigan University; Kent State University; University of Kentucky; Louisiana State University; Michigan State University; Ohio State University; Western Michigan University.

Division III

Division III individuals may be self-nominated or nominated by peers. A Division III nominee information form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials are to be submitted via the online nomination process available at: web1.ncaa.org/
committees/selection.jsp. Divisional access code and password are available upon request.

Additional nominations solicited

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is August 6, 2004.

Division III Membership Committee: One immediate vacancy and two January 2005 vacancies. The appointee to the immediate vacancy will replace Carolyn Hunter of Christopher Newport University, who has resigned from the committee. One appointee must be male and two appointees must be female. One appointee must be an ethnic minority and one must be a senior woman administrator.

Division III Women's Lacrosse Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be from the Metro region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible conferences: Atlantic Women's Colleges Conference, Centennial Conference, Middle Atlantic Conference, Pennsylvania Athletic Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: Centenary College (New Jersey), Stevens Institute of Technology.
