Nomination forms, updated committee rosters and vacancy information may be found online at www.ncaa.org under "Administration and Governance."

Division I

Division I candidates must be nominated by their institution's multisport conference. A Division I nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process by the conference office.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is June 18, 2004.

Division I Committee on Student-Athlete Reinstatement: One September 1, 2004, vacancy. The appointee will replace David O'Conner from the University of New Hampshire, who will resign effective that date. There are no restrictions on this appointment.

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is June 22, 2004.

Division I Progress-Toward-Degree Waiver Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee may be from any subdivision of Division I.

Division III

Division III individuals may be self-nominated or nominated by peers. A Division III nominee information form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials are to be submitted via the online nomination process available at web1.ncaa.
org/committees/selection.jsp. Divisional access code and password are available upon request.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is June 15, 2004.

Division III Baseball Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Russell Rogers from the Stevens Institute of Technology, who has resigned from the committee. The appointee must be an administrator from the New York region.

Eligible conferences: City University of New York Athletic Conference, Eastern College Athletic Conference, Empire 8, Skyline Conference, State University of New York Athletic Conference, Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association.

Eligible independent institutions: Bernard M. Baruch College, Cazenovia College, D'Youville College, Keuka College, Medaille College.

Division III Women's Lacrosse Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be from the Metro region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible conferences: Atlantic Women's Colleges Conference, Centennial Conference, Middle Atlantic Conference, Pennsylvania Athletic Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: Centenary College (New Jersey), Stevens Institute of Technology.

Previously listed vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is July 2, 2004.

Division III Committee on Infractions: One January 2005 vacancy. There are no restrictions for this appointment.

Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee: Two January 2005 vacancies. One appointee must be a male and one appointee must be a female.

Division III Management Council: Six January 2005 vacancies. (Connee Zotos, Drew University, will resign from the Management Council effective at the close of the January 2005 NCAA Convention.) Two appointees must be directors of athletics or senior woman administrators. One appointee must be an ethnic minority. Two appointees must be men and three appointees must be women. Appointees may be from any region.

Division III Membership Committee: Two January 2005 vacancies. One appointee must be a man and one appointee must be a woman.

Division III Nominating Committee: One January 2005 vacancy. The appointee must be an ethnic minority female who is a former NCAA officer or former member of the NCAA Council or Management Council.

Division III Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee: One January 2005 vacancy. The appointee must be a woman.
