Eligible conferences: North Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

Division III Championships Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace John Harvey of Carnegie Mellon University, who has resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from Region 2 (New York or Pennsylvania).

Division III Men's Basketball Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Mike Theulen of Western New England College, who has resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the Northeast region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible Northeast region conferences: Commonwealth Coast Conference, Great Northeast Athletic Conference, Little East, Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference, New England Small College Athletic Conference, New England Women's and Men's Athletics Conference, North Atlantic Conference, University Athletic Association.

Eligible Northeast region independent institution: Newbury College.

Division III Committee on Infractions: One January 2005 vacancy. There are no restrictions for this appointment.

Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee: Two January 2005 vacancies. One appointee must be a man and one appointee must be a woman.

Division III Management Council: Six January 2005 vacancies. (Connee Zotos, Drew University, will resign from the Management Council effective at the close of the January 2005 NCAA Convention.) Two appointees must be directors of athletics or senior woman administrators. One appointee must be an ethnic minority. Two appointees must be men and three appointees must be women. Appointees may be from any region.

Division III Membership Committee: Two January 2005 vacancies. One appointee must be a man and one appointee must be a woman.

Division III Nominating Committee: One January 2005 vacancy. The appointee must be an ethnic minority female who is a former NCAA officer or former member of the NCAA Council or Management Council.

Division III Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee: One January 2005 vacancy. The appointee must be a woman.
