Nomination forms, updated committee rosters and vacancy information may be found online at www.ncaa.org under "Administration and Governance."

Division I

Division I candidates must be nominated by their institution's multisport conference. A Division I nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process by the conference office.

Additional nominations solicited

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is April 27, 2004.

Women's Gymnastics Committee: One Division I September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be from the Southeast region and may be a coach or an administrator from any subdivision.

Eligible Southeast region institutions: University of Florida; George Washington University; University of Georgia; James Madison University; University of Maryland, College Park; North Carolina State University; Towson University; West Virginia University; College of William and Mary.

Division III

Division III individuals may be self-nominated or nominated by peers. A Division III nominee information form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials are to be submitted via the online nomination process available at: web1.ncaa.org/
committees/selection.jsp. Divisional access code and password are available upon request.

Previously announced vacancy

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is April 27, 2004.

Division III Women's Ice Hockey Committee: One September 2004 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator from the West region. (The Women's Ice Hockey Committee has received a waiver of NCAA Bylaw 21.8.1.3, which allows a member of a conference to serve immediately after a member from the same conference.)

Eligible West region institutions: Bethel College (Minnesota); Concordia College, Moorhead; Gustavus Adolphus College; Hamline University; Lake Forest College; College of St. Benedict; College of St. Catherine; St. Mary's University of Minnesota; St. Olaf College; University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).

Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee: Two September 2004 vacancies. The appointees must be student-athlete representatives from independent institutions. One appointee must be from Region 2 (New York or Pennsylvania) and one appointee must be from Region 4 (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin or Wyoming). Student-Athlete Advisory Committee members are appointed to three-year terms and may serve one year beyond completion of their eligibility.
