The Interpretations Subcommittee of the Division II Legislation Committee issued the following interpretation:

Calculation of Grade-Point Average -- Institutions Within a Single Multi-Campus System

The NCAA Interpretations Subcommittee of the Division II Legislation Committee determined that institutions that are part of a single multi-campus system are permitted to use course work taken at another institution within the system to be used in calculating the student-athlete's minimum cumulative grade-point average for satisfactory progress, provided the certifying institution makes no distinction between course work taken within the system and course work taken at the certifying institution; the course work appears on the certifying institution's official transcript; and it is the certifying institution's normal policy to include such course work for all students in calculating the cumulative grade-point average for graduation.
