Nomination forms, updated committee rosters and vacancy information may be found online at www.ncaa.org under "Administration and Governance."

Division I

Division I candidates must be nominated by their institution's multisport conference. The Division I nomination form and Division I nominee information form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials are to be sent to Sharon K. Tufano, committee coordinator, at the national office (fax 317/917-6808).

Additional nominations solicited

The deadline for submission of nomination materials for the following vacancies is July 23, 2003.

Division I Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Committee: One September 2003 vacancy. The appointee must be a female who represents women's swimming interests. The appointee may be a coach or an administrator. Preference will be given to nominees from Region E -- Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

Women's Basketball Rules Committee: One September 2003 Division I vacancy. The appointee must be a coach from Region 3 -- Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin. Preference will be given to ethnic minority nominees.

Division II

Division II individuals may be nominated by peers. Self-nominations also are accepted in Division II. A Division II nomination form and Division II nominee information form must be completed for each nominee and each separate committee. Nomination materials are to be sent to Sharon K. Tufano, committee coordinator, at the national office (fax 317/917-6808).

Previously listed vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is July 30, 2003.

Division II Football Committee: Four January 2004 vacancies. Effective January 2004, the Division II Football Committee will be expanded from four members to eight, two from each football region. The appointees may be coaches or administrators. Each member of the football committee must represent a different member conference or independent institution. The following conferences are not eligible for consideration because they currently are represented on the committee: Gulf South Conference, Lone Star Conference, Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association and Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.

Division III

Division III individuals may be nominated by peers. Self-nominations also are accepted in Division III. A Division III nominee information form must be completed for each nominee and each separate committee. Nomination materials are to be sent to Sharon K. Tufano, committee coordinator, at the national office (fax 317/917-6808).

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is August 1, 2003.

Division III Women's Basketball Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Amy Buxbaum, formerly of Juniata College, who has resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the Mid-Atlantic region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible conferences: Centennial Conference, Commonwealth Conference, Freedom Conference and Pennsylvania Athletic Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: Baptist Bible College, Lincoln University (Pennsylvania) and Philadelphia Bible University.

Division III Men's Golf Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Christopher Ragsdale, formerly of Elmhurst College, who has resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the Central region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible conferences: College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Lake Michigan Conference, Midwest Conference, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference and St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: Benedictine University (Illinois); Martin Luther College; Nebraska Wesleyan University; and the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
