Nomination forms, updated committee rosters and vacancy information may be found online at www.ncaa.org under "Administration and Governance."

Division I

Division I candidates must be nominated by their institution's multisport conference. A Division I nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process by the conference office.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is December 19, 2003.

Foreign-Student Records Committee: One immediate Division I vacancy. The appointee must have expertise in the evaluation of foreign-student credentials. The appointee may be from any subdivision.

Division I Initial-Eligibility Waivers Committee: One immediate vacancy. The committee has been expanded to 20 members. The appointee should have expertise with learning disabilities and may be from any subdivision.

Division III

Division III individuals may be self-nominated or nominated by peers. A Division III nominee information form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process available at: web1.ncaa.org/
committees/selection.jsp. User name and password are available upon request.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is December 18, 2003.

Division III Softball Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Kellie Diehl, formerly of Pennsylvania State University Erie, the Behrend College, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be an administrator from the East region.

Eligible conferences: Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, Atlantic Women's Colleges Conference, Centennial Conference, City University of New York Athletic Conference, Commonwealth Conference, Freedom Conference, New Jersey Athletic Conference, Pennsylvania Athletic Conference, Presidents' Athletic Conference, Skyline Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: Baptist Bible College, Medaille College, Philadelphia Biblical University, College of Saint Elizabeth.
