< Swim coaches announce latest class of scholar-athletes

The College Swimming Coaches Association of America has announced its scholar-athlete awards for 2002-03.

Both team and individual honors were announced.

To be recognized for team honors, teams must post a cumulative grade-point average of 2.800 or higher (4.000 scale). Individual honorees must be qualifiers to NCAA championships meets and post cumulative GPAs of 3.500 or better.

Following are the teams that earned the CSCAA's highest rating (superior, which is a 3.250 GPA or higher) for academic performance, and the the top 25 individuals in each division and gender recognized for academic achievement.

Division I men's teams
