Facilities: Bentley College has dedicated is new baseball field in honor of long-time Falcon baseball coach Bob DeFelice. The field was dedicated September 29, followed by an alumni game. Robert A. DeFelice Field contains seating for 1,700 and is part of a major expansion of the college's athletics facilities, including a new soccer field, an outdoor track and six new tennis courts. DeFelice, now in his 34th year at Bentley, is the only baseball coach in the institution's history. He played four years in the Boston Red Sox organization and was hired at Bentley in 1968. He has 459 career victories and also has served as director of athletics since October 1991.
