Georgia's Matias Boeker enjoyed winning the team title so much that he also captured the singles and doubles titles at the Division I Men's Tennis Championships in Athens, Georgia.

Boeker earned tennis' version of the Triple Crown and a place in NCAA tennis history during the 10-day tournament .

Boeker's is a feat that has been accomplished only twice before. Stanford's Alex O'Brien and Bob Bryan did it in 1992 and 1998, respectively.

The Georgia sophomore was a perfect 5-0 at No. 1 singles in the team competition where the Bulldogs downed fellow Southeastern Conference foe Tennessee, 4-1. And he did not lose a set during his run for the individual singles title that culminated in a 6-2, 6-4 defeat of Virginia's Brian Vahaly.

Two hours after acquiring the singles crown, Boeker partnered with Travis Parrott to beat Southern Methodist's Johan Brunstrom and Jon Wallmark, 6-4, 7-5, in the doubles final. The only other doubles title for the Bulldogs came in 1983.

In the team competition, Georgia claimed the doubles point and then earned singles wins from Brandon Wagner and Lesley Joseph. That set the stage for Chad Carlson, the only starter from the 1999 championship team in the lineup, to beat Tennessee's Adam Cary, 6-1, 5-7, 6-2, at No. 4 singles to clinch the victory.

Georgia also won NCAA titles in 1985, 1987 and 1999. Tennessee was playing in its second final and first since 1990.
