For the last eight years, Jim Miller, baseball coach at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, has donned a Santa Claus suit at the UW Whitewater/Community Optimist Club for its "Breakfast with Santa" event for area children."This is one of the things I really enjoy, and an activity we're proud of in our club's ongoing goal to serve area youth. Everybody should have a chance to be Santa Claus," Miller said. Miller's Christmas present arrived earlier this year when he notched his 300th win with the Warhawks. Miller has been with Wisconsin-Whitewater since 1987, and he also is an assistant professor at the school.
