Tennis committee issues reprimand to head coach

The NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Committee has reprimanded Andy Brandi, University of Florida head women's tennis coach, for inappropriate behavior during the 1999 NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championships.

Specifically, Brandi verbally abused tournament officials in a public forum and continued to engage in this behavior despite being requested by several officials to calm down and address his concerns in an appropriate manner.

The committee determined it was appropriate to issue a public reprimand of Brandi.
