PREVIOUS HOMES of the NCAA national office

The NCAA national office has been housed in four buildings in the Kansas City area over the last half century. The first was in a structure known as the Fairfax Building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The Fairfax Building is no longer in existence. The NCAA's next home was the Midland Building at 12th and Baltimore in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. In 1973, the NCAA moved to 63rd and Nall in Mission, Kansas, where it stayed until 1990. The Association moved to its most recent home (bottom) on College Boulevard in Overland Park, Kansas, in 1990.
