Spring Championships Preview -- Division III Men's Tennis

Field: Sixteen teams will play a single-elimination tournament with the round of 16 and quarterfinals played at non-predetermined regional sites. Individual championships consist of 32 singles players and 16 doubles teams.

Dates and sites: The regionals will be conducted on campuses of participating institutions May 8-9. The finals will be held at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and Pomona-Pitzer May 15-19.

Championships notes: UC Santa Cruz looks to repeat as champion in its home state. The Banana Slugs have won three of the last four team championships. Kalamazoo holds the record for most tournament victories with seven, with its last title coming in 1993 ... The championships return to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps after a seven-year hiatus.
