Seven men's, 21 women's basketball events certified by NCAA

Another 28 basketball events -- seven for men and 21 for women -- have been certified by the Association in accordance with legislation regulating men's and women's basketball coaches' attendance at year-round camps and other activities.

In accordance with NCAA Bylaw 13.13.5, basketball coaches at NCAA Division I institutions may attend only institutional basketball camps as defined in Bylaws 13.13.1.1 and noninstitutional organized events -- such as camps, leagues, tournaments and festivals -- certified under Bylaw 30.16.

Other certified events were listed in the June 29 issue of The NCAA News.
