Acting for the Council, the Administrative Committee:

a. Reviewed the agendas for the Council and division steering committee meetings to be held in conjunction with the 1997 Convention.

b. Approved requests from five institutions to appeal in writing decisions of the Council Subcommittee on Initial-Eligibility Waivers.

c. Determined that Council members who serve on the Council Subcommittee on Initial-Eligibility Waivers would be permitted to vote with the other Council members on initial-eligibility waiver cases being reviewed by the full Council or a division steering committee.
