Franklin Pierce basketball standout Johannah Leedham scored 39 points in a Northeast-10 Conference tournament semifinal win against Bentley on Friday to become the all-time leading scorer in Division II women's basketball history.

Leedham followed that performance with 31 more points in the Ravens' championship-game victory over Stonehill to move into the top 10 all-time in NCAA women's basketball history (Divisions I, II and III) for career scoring with 2,927 points.

Her 39 points Friday tied a career high for the senior from Ellesmere Port, England. Leedham's layup with 10:30 remaining in the second half put her past LaShonda Chiles, who played for Anderson (South Carolina) and Lander from 2004-08, in the all-time Division II scoring chart.

Leedham added seven rebounds and two steals in the championship game, the latter of which moved her into a tie for eighth place in Division II history for career thefts with 444.

Leedham, who earlier was selected as the Northeast-10 player of the year, was named the tournament's most valuable player as she averaged more than 30 points a game.
