    DII position available on football rules panel

    The NCAA is soliciting nominations for a September 1, 2010, Division II vacancy on the NCAA Football Rules Committee. 

    The appointee preferably should be an administrator. The deadline for submitting nominations is March 5. Nominations must be submitted online (the Division II access code is membership2 and the Division II password is service).
