The NCAA is soliciting nominations for an immediate vacancies on the Division II Men's Basketball Committee and the Division II Football Committee.

The appointee for the Men's Basketball Committee will replace Alfred Johnson, formerly of Holy Family University. The appointee must be from the East region and may be a coach or administrator.

The appointee to the Football Committee will replace Tom Spicer of Colorado School of Mines, who resigned from the committee. The nominee must be from Super Regional 3 (Central and Midwest regions) and may be a coach or administrator. 

The staff liaison for both committees is Randy Buhr.

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for both committees is September 3, 2010. Nominations must be submitted online at: https://web1.ncaa.org/committees/selection.jsp
