August 20, 2009 – University of Memphis (women's golf and men's basketball)
Due to the competitive advantage obtained by the institution as a result of the student-athlete's competition while academically ineligible during the 2007-08 season, the committee orders a vacation of all wins for that season.
June 11, 2009 – University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa (football, men's tennis, men's track and field, women's track and field)
In men's tennis, men's track and women's track, the records of the 15 involved student-athletes are vacated and team point totals reconfigured accordingly.
May 12, 2009 – University of South Alabama (men's tennis)
The institution vacates all wins in which the ineligible student-athletes competed from the point they were rendered ineligible through the time they were reinstated.
March 25, 2009 – Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (women's volleyball, men's tennis)
In women's volleyball, the institution vacated all wins in which the ineligible student-athlete competed during the 2005-06 academic year. In men's tennis, the institution vacated all matches that the ineligible student-athlete won (both singles and doubles competition) during the spring of 2005 and the 2005-06 and 2006-07 academic years. The team's totals also were reconfigured.

Vacation of all records in which the 61 student-athletes competed while ineligible during 2006 and 2007 in football, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's track and field, baseball, softball and men's golf.

Vacation of all regular-season football contests in the 2000 and 2001 season, as well as individual records for the ineligible student-athletes.
June 18, 2008 – Southeast Missouri State University (women's basketball)
Vacation of records regarding women's basketball, as well as the record of the former head coach to be reconfigured to reflect vacated wins.
May 22, 2008 – Middle Tennessee State University (women's volleyball)
Vacation of all wins in which the involved student-athlete competed.
October 25, 2007 – University of Arkansas, Fayetteville (men's track, men's indoor track, men's outdoor track)
Vacation of all NCAA, school and conference individual records, as well as all individual meet results attained by the prospect during the time he attended the institution and competed on the track team.
August 21, 2007 – Committee on Infractions adopts vacation penalty guideline
Guidelines state the likelihood of a vacation penalty is significantly increased when any of the below "aggravating factors" are present in an infractions case:
academic fraud;
serious intentional violations;
direct involvement of a coach or high-ranking school administrator;
a large number of violations;
competition while academically ineligible;
ineligible competition in a case in which there also is a finding of failure to monitor or lack of institutional control;
when vacation or a similar penalty would be imposed if the underlying violations were secondary.

June 26, 2002 – University of California, Berkeley (football)
Vacation of records of the two student-athletes involved for the 1999 season.
August 20, 2001 – Jacksonville University (men's soccer)
Vacation of record for the men's soccer program for the academic years of 1996-97 through 1999-00.
April 18, 2001 – Northern Arizona University (football)
Vacation of team record as well as any individual records of the student-athlete who participated in the six contests while academically ineligible during the 1999 season
December 13, 2000 – Southern Methodist University (football)
Vacation of team record and individual records of the student-athlete who engaged in academic fraud. Further, the university's records regarding football will be reconfigured to reflect the vacation of the 10 contests in which the student-athlete competed during the 1998 season and so recorded in all publications in which football records for that season are reported.
