The NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Committee recently selected Harvard and Hofstra to host the 2011 championship quarterfinals.

Hofstra will host games at Shuart Stadium in Hempstead, New York, on May 21, 2011, while Harvard will host the quarterfinal match-ups at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on May 22, 2011.

"We have already seen first-hand what a great job both of these sites have done in the past," said Tim Pavlechko, chair of the Division I Men's Lacrosse Committee and associate athletics director at Bucknell. "With Gillette Stadium hosting the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships in 2008 and 2009, and Shuart Stadium hosting successful quarterfinals on numerous occasions, both have shown they are well equipped to put on a great championship event."
