Online registration for the 2011 NCAA Convention is now open.
Leaders of higher education and athletics will connect at the annual Convention January 12-15 in San Antonio. Attendees who register for the Convention will gain access to education sessions, special events and legislative dialogue, while connecting with peers across the Association.
The early registration fee is $250 for NCAA members ($25 for students) and $350 for non-members.
The Convention lineup includes Association-wide gatherings, division business sessions and issues forums, an array of educational sessions, the keynote luncheon and the trade show. Special features of the Convention also include the NCAA Honors Celebration and the opening business session, where NCAA President-elect Mark Emmert will address the Association and present the NCAA President's Gerald R. Ford Award.
Other events that will be conducted in conjunction with the Convention are the Scholarly Colloquium on College Athletics and NACUBO College Athletics Business Officer Program. Registration for those programs is available through the Convention registration website. The NCAA Women's Leadership Symposium will also be held in tandem with the Convention (separate registration required).
Registration rates for the 2011 NCAA Convention increase Oct. 13, so those interested should click here to take advantage of the lower pricing.
