Improper agent activity with student-athletes is an age-old problem that not just one group or organization can solve on its own. Tackling the issue requires collaboration and cooperation among all involved. For this reason, key stakeholders from the NCAA, NFL, NFL Players Association, American Football Coaches Association and the agent community met on Monday to discuss this shared responsibility within the sport of football. Building upon previous conversations among key constituents within the industry, these unprecedented discussions mark the first time all of these organizations have convened to discuss this issue. The group will continue the discussion to identify points of collaboration and potential solutions.
