The RecordButch Jones, who succeeded Brian Kelly as head football coach at Central Michigan in 2007, once again is taking over a post previously held by Kelly, this time at Cincinnati. Jones led the Chippewas to a 27-13 record and three bowl appearances through the past three seasons, including an 11-2 record and GMAC Bowl berth this season. He also has been an assistant at West Virginia.

Men’s basketball assistant – Brad Forestieri joined the staff at Felician after assisting with high school teams in New Jersey.
Football – Steve Stripling named interim head coach at Central Michigan, through the Chippewas’ January 6 appearance in the GMAC Bowl. He served this season as associate head coach for defense at the school … Mike MacIntyre selected as head coach at San Jose State after two seasons as defensive coordinator at Duke, where he was honored this season as the American Football Coaches Association’s Football Bowl Subdivision assistant coach of the year … Todd Berry named head coach at Louisiana-Monroe after three seasons as associate head coach and offensive coordinator at UNLV. He is a former offensive coordinator for the Warhawks who also has served as head coach at Illinois State and Army … John “Doc” Holliday selected as head coach at Marshall after two years as associate head coach at West Virginia. He also recently has served on staffs at North Carolina State and Florida through a 31-year career.
Lacrosse – Brendan McWilliams appointed director of lacrosse and head men’s coach at Emmanuel, which announced in October that it will sponsor a women’s team beginning in 2010-11 and a men’s team one year later. He was head men’s coach at Kenyon from 2003 to 2007.
