Ron Cottrell is stepping down as athletics director at Houston Baptist but will remain as the men’s basketball coach. Cottrell has spent the past 15 years serving in a dual role at the school. Steve Moniaci, Houston Baptist’s associate athletics director, will become interim athletics director.

Men’s and women’s golf – Minnesota State Mankato announced that Geoff Klein has been selected to guide the Mavericks men’s golf program.
